I don't know who feels more like this watching Reddick and 23XI make it to Phoenix, NASCAR or RCR.
Meanwhile, Denny Hamlin's reaction to choking yet again in a big playoff moment, yet it ultimately being to the benefit of his employee who may or may not be screwed out of a stable ride next year, was probably like this.

The "Brat Pack" Max Papis, Tony Kanaan, Dario Franchitti, Greg Moore
Dario is now a senior member of the paddock, an advisor for Ganassi and coach, often more like a father/uncle figure, to their new young drivers. But in his youth in the 1990’s he was a wild child, a member of Cart’s “Brat Pack”, prone to staying up all night partying yet still winning races. He almost won the championship in 1999 but lost in the finale only to be told after the race that his best friend, and fellow member of the “Brat Pack”, Greg Moore had died.
He made the switch to IRL which became Indycar, in 2003, although injuries and recovering from those injuries kept him out of the car most of that year. He recovered and then began the epic prank era at Andretti Green races with his teammates on the way to his first Indy 500 win and his first Indycar championship in 2007. He decided to give NASCAR a try in 2008.
(We don’t talk about the NASCAR year)
He came back at Ganassi in 2009 and proceeded to win three championships in a row (and two more Indy 500s) while becoming the elder statesman of the series. But all of this success was not without sorrow and near disaster. The loss of Dan Wheldon hit him hard. He and his former teammate were still close friends. Another crash and the subsequent injures forced him into retirement in late 2013
He is a prime example of why we don't leave decisions on their fitness to race up to the drivers anymore, suffering more than his fair share of injuries in his career (see list above) and continuing to race when he definitely should not have.. One might call it a lack of survival instinct, which to be honest, most drivers lack, but Dario lacks it to an alarming degree. He is at risk of permanent paralysis and brain damage in the event of another major crash, yet still races vintage/historic cars on occasion, particularly at Goodwood.
I would be remiss not to mention his Scottish accent, thick dark hair that is silvering at the temples and still fit physique. He’s lost none of the charm of his youth and perhaps gained more now at the age of 50.

The 28-year-old embraces her Afro-Latinidad with her culture, her style, her music and her name.
But for the six years she was on the show, Amara says she was the only dark-skinned child in the cast and that producers would always place her either way in the back of the stage or smack in the middle "like a bug in the middle of a cup of milk."
The comments from people working on the show were constant. Amara's mother, Ana Maria, encouraged her daughter to embrace her natural beauty. As a native of the Dominican Republic, Amara's mother came to the U.S. and raised the singer on her own in Miami, working multiple jobs - cleaning houses, cooking, selling flowers on street corners - to pay for Amara's dance classes and singing lessons.
"I may have big dreams, but her dreams for me are even bigger," Amara says on Love & Hip Hop: Miami.
And despite early stardom, growing up in South Florida came with challenges, she said.
"I was homeless in Homestead. I used to live in this community called Waterstead by Speedway, and I would park in front of the McDonald's or the Walmart close to Florida City," she said. "I would bathe with wipes in the bathrooms."
She was born Diana Danelys de los Santos but it's the meaning behind the stage name she gave herself that explains her rise and platform.
"Originally, it was because nobody would remember my name," she said. "And then years after, you know, everyone kept telling me, 'Oh take La Negra off, it sounds racist.' It sounds this and I was like 'It doesn't sound racist to me at all.' I love to be called Black. I enjoy when people say that my melanin and my blackness is beautiful."
"I just grew up with my mother. I think that also that isolation made me become even more focused and more driven with my goals and my visions in life," she said.
Amara also explains that racism and colorism run rampant in the music business, and not just from white Americans, but from other Latinos, too. Amara proves this point early on the Love & Hip Hop show when she meets with a Puerto Rican producer known as Young Hollywood.
"Instead of asking me about my music...he was too concerned about my hair," she says. He told her to look "a little bit more Beyoncé, a little less Macy Gray."
The Young Hollywood debacle sparked a conversation about colorism and the racist notion of mejorando la raza within the Latino community.
"I know that nobody wants to talk about it, but we suffer a lot of racism, we suffer a lot of colorism, amongst ourselves. You know, I get it all the time: 'Oh whenever you get married, don't get married to no black man because you want to better the race," she says. "Somebody needs to say something!"
Amara thinks more positive media representation can help the Afro-Latino community. Growing up, she remembers that Afro-Cuban salsa singer Celia Cruz was the only famous Afro-Latina who looked like her that she had to look up to.

Williams driver Sargeant says first race on home circuit in Miami is a big hurdle to climb
Logan Sargeant says that the Miami International Autodrome will prove a “tough” challenge, even if the promise of racing on his home turf is an exciting one. Sargeant is not only preparing to compete in his first home Formula 1 race, but his first car race in the United States with this weekend’s 2023 Miami Grand Prix. The Williams driver karted near the stadium on his way to F1 and also raced at the nearby Homestead-Miami Speedway – while his brother Dalton Sargeant is a stock car racer. READ MORE: ‘No air to be cleared’ with Verstappen says Russell as Mercedes prepare for podium battle in Miami Given the challenging nature of the Miami International Autodrome, and the hot and humid weather, Sargeant said he’s not expecting his weekend to be an easy one. “It was nice to get home after Baku, I was able to spend two days at home to really recharge and get out on the water, which was nice," he said on Thursday. "And yeah, I’m excited for this weekend – it’s nice to be back in my well-known climate, which is extremely hot. But it’s going to be a tough weekend not knowing the track. It’s a big hurdle to climb but yeah I’m excited." Sargeant seeks his first F1 point in Miami The American F1 driver, who seeks his first F1 points, added that his motorsport roots lay just miles from the Miami Dolphins’ stadium and this almost brand-new F1 venue. “I started racing 10 minutes down the road at Homestead-Miami Speedway," he explained. "It was really just at the time something to do with my dad and my brother. Obviously we were competitive kids, and we just loved the sport and we love the adrenaline, and that just took us on a long journey. Here we are, done the full circle back to Miami for my… first home F1 race. so yeah, looking forward to it.” DESTINATION GUIDE: What fans can eat, see and do when they visit Florida for the Miami Grand Prix This feature is currently not available because you need to provide consent to functional cookies. Halloween is just around the corner and we had another Spine-Tingling race at Homestead Miami Speedway where Tyler Reddick won with the Bone-Chilling Killer Sunrise Camry. His car was the only car that was fit for Halloween since it is orange and black. So yeah, it's ironic that the most fitting car for Halloween is the one that won the race. And because of that, Tyler Reddick spooks his way into the championship four. Will next-week's race before the Championship Finale be just as exciting and action packed? Well, stay tuned to find out!
